Countylicious is one of my favourite times of the year. From the 24th of October to the 17th of November, local chefs and farmers highlight locally sourced ingredients with prix fixe lunch and dinner menus. 

Martin Brzozowski is the owner & chef at Onesta – one of the leading Italian restaurants in Prince Edward County. They specialized in hand-crafted, traditional-inspired Italian food and wine, focusing on antipasto and freshly made pasta.
