We knew this guest was cool but once we started our pre-interview research we realized her coolness was next level. Sam Valdivia is originally from Mexico, she left her home country to immerse herself in new adventure. From travelling, and scuba diving at 86ft, to getting married in Vegas, she lives an extraordinary life.
She settled in Hillier in PEC two years ago and *oh are we happy* she did. She is the mastermind behind La Condesa, showcasing delicious Mexican cuisine in the County.
