After doing some fast math, we believe Benjamin Batelaan is our youngest guest. From culinary school to pop ups to magical macaroons and mirror glazed cakes, Benjamin has been doing a LOT in a very short amount of time. He’s a Loyalist College Alumni who graduated Culinary Management in 2020, and went back last January to complete Business Management and Addictions and Mental Health.

His new space is maybe opening in two days from the day we’re recording this… So, we’re getting him at a wonderfully chaotic time.
