Larissa Punzalan grew up in Richmond Hill and now calls PEC home. Like many of us, she started a pandemic hobby but was one of the small number that kept at it! In the fall of 2021, she officially launched The Cookie Mama! Her skillet-style cookies are creative, delicious, and GIANT.

Larissa uses her social media platforms to showcase her delicious cookie creations and to highlight the importance of work-life balance.
