Our next guest is someone Kay met when she first moved to the Bay of Quinte nearly 14 years ago. Admittedly, she hasn’t seen him in about 8 years, but in her brain, they’re still bros, so here we are….

He’s currently a Realtor at the Rufo Real Estate team and makes informative content with his signature ‘dad joke’ humour. Like, how a single man shouldn’t hang Beer Store artwork when staging a condo.

Don’t let that fool you though, Evan is super knowledgeable about market trends, interest rates, income properties and the hottest topic on everyone’s mind – the housing crisis.

During the pandemic, he chronicled his journey into fitness and boxing. We vividly remember a headband and a ball on a stretchy string. We also it remember going very poorly. We’ll get into that a little later.
