We had the pleasure of interviewing a true Quinte Queen. Born and raised in Wellington and currently thriving in Belleville. She has called Quinte home for a long time. She attended Loyalist college and has raised a family in the area. She is a sales rep and the owner and operator of the Old Greenhouse Ice Cream Shop in Wellington. Kay is still trying to convince her to adopt her. She constantly puts up with us bugging her and agreed to talk to us as long as we did not bring up her age.
